Cleanliness needs improvement. I found hair in the bathroom. Enjoyed the bicycle rental option for exploring nearby areas. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Room had a nice view, though I had to ask multiple times for fresh towels.

There’s a nice indoor pool and a cozy leisure room that were perfect for unwinding after a long day. My only small issue was the lack of a bath rug in the bathroom, but it didn't ruin my stay at all. I had a clean and spacious Queen Room Two Queen Beds City View. The front desk staff were polite and attentive. Proximity to restaurants was convenient for meals. The room layout was functional for my stay. I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere for rest. 😊

During my stay, I found the staff to be incredibly helpful, especially during a gift card payment issue. The room was clean and the beds offered a nice level of comfort. However, the hotel lacked microwaves in the rooms which would have been convenient for late-night snacks and the refrigerator was quite small.
